A former Orange County Sheriff's Deputy has pleaded guilty to false imprisonment after he was accused of forcing prostitutes to pose for photographs in sexual positions and he touched them inappropriately.

Richard Rodriguez of Chino pleaded guilty to two felony counts of false imprisonment Friday.

Farrah Emami of the Orange County District Attorney's Office says the 44-year-old approached the women and threatened them with jail if they didn't cooperate. The incidents allegedly occurred between Nov. 1, 2005 and March 2, 2007.

Rodriguez has been sentenced to a year and four months in prison.
